Milly

MillyWe’re pleased to introduce you to Milly, our sponsored puppy with Dogs for Good who has finally sat still long enough to have her photo taken!  Milly is already around 8 weeks old having been born on the 8th August 2016 in Leamington and will be heading up to Preston shortly for her socialisation training.

This is a big time for Milly, as she learns what is safe and what isn’t, as well as exploring an exciting new territory.  As part of her socialisation training, her trainers will be taking her everywhere with them to get her used to being touched and meeting different people. This will also help her get used to all the new sounds and smells and experience different animals, transport and places.  You might even see her and not even know it!

At around the age of sixteen months Milly’s socialisation will come to an end and she’ll return to the Dogs for Good training centre in Banbury to meet her trainer.

Did you know that Isaac Newton invented the cat flap?!

Supposedly, he made two holes – one for his adult cat and a small one for her kittens, not realising the kittens would just follow the mother through the large one! 😼 😆 🤓
